GRAVITY COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE Last Updated: August 2025 1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing the Gravity website or submitting your email address or phone number to join our mailing list or waitlist (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By providing your information, you represent that you meet this requirement. 3. Use of the Service You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: - Provide false or misleading information when submitting your email address or phone number. - Interfere with the proper operation of the Service. - Use automated tools or bots to submit entries without authorization. 4. Communications and SMS Terms. By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Gravity about early access and updates. - Message frequency: Up to 2 messages per month. - Opt-out: You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. A confirmation message will follow. - Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello.gravityapp@gmail.com. - Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Gravity is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. - Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and number provided. 5. Intellectual Property. All content on the Gravity website–– including logos, graphics, and text––is owned by or licensed to Gravity Company. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. 7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gravity Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or from any communications sent to you. 8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. 9. Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
